Woo hoo! I’m down a pound from last week. Not much of an accomplishment I know because it’s easy to go up or down a lb.
I’ll take it, though. I know I don’t look any different because I checked myself in the mirror. The trick is to see is the trend continues. It’s not going to be some crash diet. My goal is to weigh 179 in a year. That’s just 1 lb/week. You know what the killer is? I need some new clothes. I tried some on. There’s no way I’m going pay for those giant rags when I’ve got a closet full of stuff that’s too small. I need to get my style in the gym.
