Run road gig yesterday playing bass for Brain Brew. It’s murder mystery theater. Irregular eating schedule.

I’m loving what reverbnation is supposed to do. But I’m scratching my head about inserting a free mp3 widget into the blog.

Proudly, my reverbnation store is up.

Got in a bit of bicycling yesterday. Will try for more today.

Now that my cd is recorded and sent out to cdbaby, it’s time to make sure I can actually perform the songs. My buddy Robert Oriol wrote Pop Star with me and came up with that really nice piano line. Uhhh. How to play it as a solo act strumming and singing? I had to learn it like it was a cover tune. Here’s the intro.

Focus? Ha!

It’s time to come out and admit that it isn’t possible to blog about one logical topic. I should focus on my music for tv/film, or my solo artist music. But the truth is life is a many splendored thing. So the best I can do is to give up on trying to limit topics here and just talk about what’s really on my mind – MY LIFE 🙂

I’ve got multiple projects is various stages of development!!!!

-I’ve just finished a solo cd
-More tv music projects to come
-Writing scripts
-Entered my short into a festival
-I’m too fat!

227 lbs this morning.

Well, yesterday Natasha and I hiked the Temescal Canyon circle and lived to see the outstanding view of the Pacific. It was tough cause I’m about as in shape as a potato. But with quite a few short stops it was totally doable. My legs are slightly sore today.

On Sunday, Oct 11, 2009 I played along
the side of the Long Beach Marathon. Because of road closings it was a
5am call – a little bit cold and a lot early. Drummer Alexa
Brinkschulte and bassist Anna Rosales played their hearts out for all
the runners. It’s a pumper-upper for the runners and a chance to play
my originals nice and loud.
